- Holding minimum S1/D3 degree majoring Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.75, Male - Female
- Maximum 26 years old

- Fluent in English is needed (Oral and Written)
- Exposed to concepts, tools, and processes of Production System
